Kristine Farley, aka Herbal Momma, has studied natural foods, nutrition,
herbal medicine, women’s health and many healing modalities for
over 25 + years. She is a Certified SimplyHealed™ Practitioner, and
Master Rapid Eye Technologist, and is excited about the mind/body
opportunities that she is able to offer. Kristine is a Life Skills Coach,
Certified Herbalist, Post Partum Doula, and Mother of Many.
Kristine teaches a broad spectrum of classes on; stress release, management and relaxation, anything herbal, health and nutrition, soap making, wild crafting and whole food preparation. In her classes, Kristine shows people that healthy options are not hard and that they can be adapted to your lifestyle. As a private consultant she specializes in holistic family health.
She has written a herb column for Gentle spirit magazine and and a variety of articles for publications and online magazines. One of Kristine’s goals is to share the blessings of gratitude, attitude, health and happiness with others.
Kristine enjoys family activities, cooking for anyone who comes to the large kitchen table, anything herbal, family history, gardening,
home arts, and reading. The Farley Family resides in Bonney Lake,
Washington on a mini farm.
