Energy Healing Session typically takes place via phone. Energy is not limited to time or location, so I will be able to connect with your energy with your permission and the use of kinesology (muscle testing) on your behalf.
Your highest good is my intention for each session.
During the session I will be taking notes on things we do as the session progresses.
You may find that you want to take notes and jot down your thoughts,
any affirmations or other things we discuss.
Your energy system may give you Empowerment Activities (homework) to assist
your new high vibration and keep you fresh and clear.
Your Energy Healing Session may include some Wellness Coaching to support
the physical, thus providing your system with a holistic experience.
Energy Healing, unlike "talk therapy", is meant to be easy and simple without
retraumatization. You can schedule another Energy Healing Session only when
you feel the need, not on a weekly or monthly basis. This makes the cost of a
Energy Healing Sessions minimal, comparatively.
Sessions are approximately a hour. $125 per session.

Once you have made your appointment, you will receive a reminder email with a Confidential Client Intake Form. Please fill out and return to me before your session. This form has a section for you to write your intentions for your session. Any additional sessions will start with your intention.

How to prepare for your Energy Healing Session:
~ Choose a quiet, comfortable place to sit for your session. Please avoid interruptions.
Feel free to ask questions and make comments during your session.
~ Be hydrated. We will be working with your energy and hydration will increase energy flow.
Cancellation Policy:
